4. PUTZ Glittery Christmas House…The PUTZ houses stem from a Central European tradition based in Bohemia  and Moravia where children would collect  items from nature to build Christmas villages. The newer glittery PUTZ houses were manufactured in Germany and Japan in the 1930’s to 50’s. A dazzling collection can make a very quaint centerpiece.
